Current Projects

Running the college’s LMS

• Leading the renewal of our learning management system, a multi-year, six-figure relationship
• The unglamorous part of “AI leader”: most of the job is still core systems, procurement, and keeping the lights on

AI policy and governance at NSCC

• Drafting the college’s next-generation AI policy
• Still testing enterprise AI in all its bureaucratic glory

Building real tools, not just talking about them

• Shipped an interim attendance-tracking build on Power Apps/SharePoint this fall — real production software, not a pilot
• Running my own PKM/writing setup as an actual AI-augmented vault, not just a plaintext folder — eating my own cooking

• What actually breaks when AI tooling meets real bureaucratic process, versus what the vendor deck promised
